What We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, password (encrypted), dietary preferences
• Health Data: Meal preferences, calorie goals, dietary restrictions (stored securely, never shared)
• Usage Data: Recipes viewed, meal plans created, features used (to improve your experience)
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.

How We Use Your Data

• Personalization: Recommend recipes based on your dietary preferences and restrictions
• Service Delivery: Generate meal plans, track your progress, send recipe updates
• Communication: Send welcome emails, trial reminders, and recipe newsletters
• Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to add recipes and features you'll love

What We Never Do

Third-Party Services

We use trusted partners to provide our service:

• Supabase: Secure database hosting (SOC 2 certified)
• Stripe: Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• Vercel: App hosting and performance
• Google Gemini: AI recipe generation (prompts only, no personal data)
• Sendiio: Email delivery. You can unsubscribe from emails anytime using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email, or by updating your preferences in Settings.

Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: Download a copy of all your data anytime from Settings → Export Data
• Correction: Update your information in Settings
• Deletion: Request permanent account deletion from Settings. Once confirmed, the system automatically deletes your account and all data within 30 days. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Export: Download your recipes, meal plans, and progress data as JSON
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from emails with one click at the bottom of any email

We protect your data with:
